Apostolic Highness (title) The title of "Apostolic Highness" is a style within the Pontifical Imperial State of Rome-Ruthenia and the United Roman-Ruthenian Church exclusively used by the Prince-Bishop of Rome-Ruthenia and the Apostolic Princess of Rome-Ruthenia. For the Prince-Bishop, this title signifies both his role as the Supreme Pontiff of the Church and his temporal authority as the heads of the Pontifical Imperial State, a state without borders. In that regard, it is equivalent to the title of "Holiness," which was used for the Prince-Bishop consistently prior to the unification of 2023 that formed the modern United Roman-Ruthenian Church. For that reason, for the Prince-Bishop, the style of "Apostolic Highness" may also be followed by the style of "the Most Holy," which is also traditionally used independently in certain documents and other places.
