Archbishop (Clergy of the United Roman-Ruthenian Church) An archbishop is a senior/high-ranking bishop within the United Roman-Ruthenian Church. They may be Metropolitans (head of an archdiocese and ecclesiastical province), titular archbishops (of a defunct See), or Capitular Archbishops of the Patriarchal Chapter.
