The title of "Eminence" is a style within the Pontifical Imperial State of Rome-Ruthenia and the United Roman-Ruthenian Church used by Cardinals and their consorts. If the Cardinal is entitled to certain princely styles, then the following is used:
Serene Highness: Most Eminent Highness
Royal Highness or Royal and Serene Highness: Most Eminent Royal Highness
Imperial and Royal Highness: Most Eminent Imperial and Royal Highness
Imperial Highness: Most Eminent Imperial Highness
