Where is the United Roman-Ruthenian Church Located?
The short answer is that the Church is present throughout the world.

The individual provinces, dioceses,
parishes, missions, chaplaincies, and other entities are found on six
continents around the world. The web pages of the Holy Apostolic See do
not list parishes and dioceses, but focus on the Apostolic Congregation of the Consistory, which lists major provinces and metropolitan Sees of the communion, and Roman-Ruthenian Curia, which is the central government of the Church, the Pontifical Court, which assists the Holy Father, and the Apostolic Household.
Individual provinces and dioceses may list parishes and other church
entities under their care at their discretion on their own pages.
Territorial Jurisdictions and Patrimonial Territories of the Roman-Ruthenian Pope
The official
territorial jurisdiction of the Diocese of Rome-Ruthenia is coterminous
with Rome as the Latin Orthodox successor to St. Peter the Apostle.
The Metropolitan See of the Roman-Ruthenian Pope is Aquileia.
The Catholicate of Rome-Ruthenia is broadly co-terminous with the former Latin Patriarchate of the West.
The
Holy Apostolic See consists of the Diocese of Rome-Ruthenia and the
Metropolitan See of Aquileia acting together as the central Apostolic
jurisdiction of the Church.
The
titular Kingdom of Ruthenia is broadly coterminous with the historic
lands of the Old Russian State and forms part of the temporal patrimony
of the Roman-Ruthenian Church and State.
In addition to these
principal jurisdictions, the Roman-Ruthenian Church and State maintains
various ecclesiastical, dynastic, titular, and patrimonial rights and
responsibilities inherited through its historical succession. These are
described in greater detail in the list of titles, jurisdictions, and patrimonial inheritances.
The Apostolic Household is not
presently bound to a single geographic location. Following ancient
precedent found in both the Christian Church and the early Holy Roman
Empire, the Pontifical Court and Apostolic Household accompany the
ministry of the Holy Father and may operate from different locations as
circumstances require.
Since the Holy Father is the
living embodiment of the Roman-Ruthenian Church and State, the word
"Rome-Ruthenia" is used to refer to the Office of the Roman-Ruthenian
Pope, the Apostolic Household, the Curia, and the Court.
