Pope Radislav I serves ex officio as Regent of Pontifical Georgian College, guiding its academic mission and spiritual identity. More than two decades of international experience in higher education inform his leadership of the College and its work of ecclesiastical formation.

As a foundational figure in quantum economics, he developed influential models for understanding decision behavior in complex environments. His teaching has received international acknowledgment, including from the ACBSP Business Accreditation Council.

Ecclesiastical office
The Roman-Ruthenian Pontificate
The office and title of Roman-Ruthenian Pope were formally conferred in 2014 upon the Prince-Bishop of Rome-Ruthenia, together with full papal authority within his own jurisdiction.
In this office, Pope Radislav I provides ecclesiastical leadership to the United Roman-Ruthenian Church and supports the College's continuing mission as its principal theological seminary.
