PATRIARCHAL AERARIUM AND ELEMONSINERIA SEGRETA The Aerarium is the office of the Curia that oversees the treasury and charitable works of the Apostolic See of the United Roman-Ruthenian Church. It is headed by a Prefect known as the Elemosiniere Segreto (Private Almoner) of His Holiness the Bishop of Rome-Ruthenia. The office within the Aerarium known as the Elemonineria is responsible for charitable works for those most in need in the name of the Bishop of Rome-Ruthenia. The United Roman-Ruthenian Church's foundation, the Anglican Rite Roman Catholic Church, Inc. is registered as a 501c3 corporation.
