AWARDS AND DECORATIONS
Qualification Devices
authorized for wear on the Walsingham Guard Uniforms
There is no order of precedence for these brevets,
and their order of wear, therefore, is a matter of aesthetics and
personal preference. These badges also are in two sizes - large and
medium. There is no miniature version. The large and medium versions
may be worn with all uniforms applicable except mess kit. Only the
medium version may be used with mess kit.
For Regimental and Air Uniforms:
1. A single brevet insignia is worn above the ribbons or medals.
2. If two are worn, then either both are placed, one atop the other,
above the ribbons or medals, or one above and one below the
ribbons/medals.
3. If three are worn, then two are placed, one atop the other,
above the ribbons or medals, or one above and one below the
ribbons/medals.
For Naval Uniforms:
All as described for the Regimental and Air Uniforms above, except that
the airbourne brevet instead is sewn to the left sleeve of the blue
dress and blue mess uniforms. For officers, this is placed 1 inch above
the curl. For marshals, this is placed one inch above the stripe. For
other ranks, it is placed 3 inches above the cuff. For all other
uniforms, it is worn as described for regimental and air uniforms.
